UFC lightweight contender Benoît Saint-Denis put the rest of the division on notice with his ferocious finish at UFC 295.
Saint-Denis finished Matt Frevola on the UFC 295 main card this past weekend in New York City. He silenced the Madison Square Garden crowd with a wicked head kick that knocked Frevola out cold.
Saint-Denis is one of the fastest-rising lightweight contenders in the UFC, and isn’t pulling punches after he entered the Top 15. He called out Justin Gaethje for his next fight and isn’t lacking confidence if he faces another top contender.
Saint-Denis is arguably one of the most violent contenders in the UFC, and he sent a chilling warning to his next potential opponents.

Benoît Saint-Denis Wants Justin Gaethje For Next UFC Test
During a recent appearance on The MMA Hour, Saint-Denis warned Gaethje and the rest of the UFC’s lightweight division.
“He has the chin to make it a war. You can have tough guys, but if they don’t have the chin, with me, they’re not going to make it,” Saint-Denis said. “I believe we both have a chin…and if people want a violent fight that will make history, the Gaethje fight is the fight to make.
“It won’t last. I believe he has the chin for it, and I’d really enjoy fighting him. He wants tough fights, making a point in this division…a lot of options for him, but I think I’d excite him as well.”
Saint-Denis has won five fights in a row, including recent finishes of Frevola and Thiago Moisés. All five wins have come by either knockout or submission.
Saint-Denis has a lot to be proud of after the biggest win of his career, and he feels he’s on the doorstep of proving himself as an elite lightweight.
